Previous Dutch Flat Mate Puzzles
This has been a weekly series since '18 Oct 23'. Here is a spreadsheet link for all the previous puzzles in the series, which also has a few teasers for upcoming constraints/guest setters in the series (subject to change).
This alternative link offers a limited LMD search for Dutch Flat Mates.
A big thank you to Flinty for letting me join his wonderful series!
I invented the German Sums constraint a few weeks ago. You can try my original puzzle here.

Initial Setter Difficulty: 3 / 5
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
Dutch Flats
Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
German Sums
A clue outside the grid gives the sum of all continuously adjacent digits with a difference of at least 5 up to (and not including) the first digit with a difference of 4 or less in that row or column from the direction of the clue. A digit in the first cell is always included in the sum.
For example, if row 4 is 728315469, then the sum would be 20 (7+2+8+3) from the left side and 9 from the right side.
German Sums Explanation:
Basically, you can imagine that you are drawing a German whisper line starting in the first cell next to the clue and ending in the last cell with the valid digit fulfilling German whisper line properties (adjacent digits have a difference of at least 5), and the sum of the digits on that German whisper line must be equal to the given total.
Hint to start
27 clue combined with DFM gives some interesting outcome.
Host Setter
Next week Flinty will check if 5 likes 8!
Lösungscode: Third (3rd) row of the grid from left to right.
