Broken Flashlight in the Darkness

I hope you will enjoy my first fog puzzle and fourth puzzle in general!
I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Dynamic fog: The grid is partially shrouded in darkness. Entering correct digits may lighten the darkness somewhere in the grid. No guessing is required.

Arrow: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle or pill. Pills read from top to bottom.

Numbered rooms: A clue outside the grid indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.

Kropki dots: Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (i.e., one digit will be double the other).

Extra white dot rule: Each white dot joins cells which belong to the same constraint (e.g., there might be several arrows, but white dot joins two cells belonging to the same arrow).

German whisper: Neighbouring/adjacent digits along a green line have a difference of at least 5.

Renban: Digits along a purple line form a set of consecutive digits in any order.

Clones: Red-shaded regions are clones of one another; digits appear in exactly the same positions in each shaded region.

Palindrome: Digits along a palindrome read the same in both directions.

According to your feedback, I have amended Clones to red-shading. Thank you for all the insights!

I really enjoyed this one! The deduction toward the end wasn't as bad as some other commenters suggest, in my opinion; it was quite reasonable and pretty cool. Nicely done!

I do agree with the feedback that the shaded cells are really hard to distinguish from the fog though; shading with a different color might be easier to read.

That one step towards the end is tough, and it's better if a puzzle can avoid such a jump in difficulty. However, I still really enjoyed it and there are really creative ideas in here! I look forward to trying your future creations.

SK: Thank you for the comment! I was thinking about clearing the fog without this step, but I have decided in the end that I will leave it there. If someone managed to go so far in the puzzle, then they will try hard to find it, and it won't hurt to go through a little brainstorm :D

This puzzle had a very interesting break in, and it was wonderful seeing it come together as each step was unlocked.
