Way Too Hot, Are You?

Today we have a puzzle created for Scojo's prompt, as redeemed by ChinStrap, to create a path drawing sudoku hybrid :-)
Testers' estimated difficulty 3*, I think it might be closer to 2*.
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.

Normalish sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with the digits 0-8 so that digits do not repeat in any row, column or 3x3 box.

Hotaru Path: Draw a single 1-cell-wide path of orthogonally connected cells that does not branch or cross itself and connects the two arrows. The path visits every white circle and exits the cell in the direction of the dot. Digit inside the circle indicates how often the path turns between this circle and the next along the path (excluding cells with circles). Segments of the path act as thermometers as described below.

Thermometer: Circle represents a bulb, and the last cell on the path before the next circle represents a tip. Digits along a thermometer increase from bulb to tip.

Kropki dots: Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
