Today we have Erica created for Scojo's prompt, as redeemed by Ratfinkz, to create a puzzle inspired by Scojo's puzzle Let's Sausage! :-)
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Chorizo verde: Adjacent digits along a green chorizo verde [line] have a difference of at least 5.
Sausages: Divide each of the chorizo verde [lines] into at least two sausages. The difference between the sums of two linked sausages on a chain must be exactly equal to the number of sausages in that chain.
For example, 27|183|9 would be a valid division, because there would be 3 sausages, and their sums would be 9, 12 and 9, so difference of sums between adjacent sausages would be 3.
The number of sausages in one of the chorizo verde [lines] has been given.
Jalapeño slices: Digits in cells joined by a green jalapeño slice have difference of 5. Not all jalapeño slices are necessarily given.

I kept fearing the moment where I‘d have to slice that large chorizo… and eventually the puzzle was solved, without that moment ever arriving. Like this, the puzzle was tasty, pleasantly seasoned and well done. Thanks for sharing.
