Today I am happy to present my first ever squishdoku puzzle created for Scojo's prompt with a squishdoku puzzle featuring Dutch Flat Mates :-)
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.
Squishdoku: Place the digits 1 through 9 once each in every 3x3 box, without repeats in any row or column. Cells on region borders (dashed lines) are shared between multiple boxes.
Dutch Flat Mates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn’t need both.
Sandwich: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits appearing between the 1 and the 9 in that row/column (both 1 and 9 must therefore appear in that row/column).
X/V: Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Digits in cells joined by a V sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are given.
If you liked this puzzle, I recommend trying out my other puzzles: The Erica Series:Solution code: Seventh (7th) column of the grid from top to bottom.
