RULES
- 1. Divide the grid into 9 regions that all consist of 9 orthogonally connected cells each. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and region once each.
- 2. Clues outside of the grid in black are sandwich sums clues. A sandwich clue indicates the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9 in their row or column. Additionally, in rows and columns that have a Sandwich clue, all the digits between the 1 and 9 (if there are any) must be in the same region, and the 1 and 9 must not belong to that region.
- 3. Clues outside of the grid in dark red indicate the sum of the digits in their row/column that are in regions which don't touch any edges of the grid.
- 4. For each row and column with a clue, 1 of the 2 given clues must be a liar clue, and is fully or partially wrong.
Solution code: Digits in Row 3 with dashes (/) for region borders.

Damn... what a blast.
I was staring at that thing for 20 minutes thinking "how are you even supposed to do anything with that ?"
