Digits in a vault sum to the small clue, if given.
Along the green line, adjacent digits differ by 5 or more.

Very Enjoyable. Not too hard for a two star.

Fun puzzle. I found several clues were not needed. E.g., never used 12 in box 3 and I used vault constraint only 2 or 3 times. I’d say German whispers and killer clues were essential.
