I'd like a Renban Burger with Entropic Cheese and German Lettuce, please...

Digits along the burger (pink line) form a consecutive sequence in any order.
Every group of three consecutive cells along the cheese (yellow line) contain a low digit {123}, a middly digit {456}, and a high digit {789}.
Adjacent digits along the lettuce (green line) differ by at least 5.
Digits in cages do not repeat, and sum to the given total. Digits orthogonally adjacent to a cage may NOT be included in that cage.

Please do not hide a rule at the end of a section that reads like a standard rule definition, inadvertently or otherwise. It feels horrible to spend a hour staring at a puzzle thinking you must be missing something just to realise there was a crucial rule buried right at the end of the description. It was surprising to me that the description and tags didn't mention vaults anywhere, nor was this in your vaults puzzle series.
