This is the fourth puzzle of a tightly themed set - I decided to fill the gap, if I could. There are commonalities to the logic and geometry - German and Dutch whispers with Renbans geometrically disposed, and black and white dots as additional clues.
The first (and I think easiest, because the varieties of logic are more familiar to regular solvers) was Dancing in a ring with German Whispers.
I then set a rather harder puzzle with Dutch Whispers (I think the logic has a family resemblance) N is for Naomi. Although people have found it much more difficult, as a setter I constructed it from very similar ideas - the change in the whispers loosens the constraints, but similar sharp questions guide the solve path.
The third puzzle was back to the easier German whispers: Ringing the Changes and has been found rather easier by solvers
This fourth puzzle in the set returns to those tricky Dutch Whispers, and I think has a challenging break-in, which will prove hard to uncover. As with the others most of the difficulty is in the break-in.
There is a fifth puzzle, inspired by the ideas of this set, currently at 4/5 for difficulty, but with many fewer solves - which suggests that some solvers are finding it hard to find the thematic logic (which is definitely a variation on the theme). Misdirection?
Puzzle rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent numbers on an orange Dutch whisper line differ by at least 4.
On a pink Renban line the digits form a consecutive set with no repeats. The cross is a single 9-cell Renban
Numbers separated by a white dot are consecutive. Where two numbers are separated by a black dot, one is twice the other. (Partial kropki)

Great Serie. 4* if you didn't do the previous ones. 3* if you did.
It all comes to answering two questions. Then it flows beautifully.

Excellent puzzle! I did find your intended solve path, which took me quite a while and it was so rewarding to find it. Beautiful patterns when colored. Thanks for this gem
