An odd thing happened on the way to the Sudoku museum to deposit my puzzle Dancing in a ring. I dropped the puzzle and lost some of the dots. The German whispers went Dutch and broke - I couldn't get them back together again and had to do a bit of a botch job. And the central cross reconfigured as an N shape. That at least was a bonus, because N is for Naomi, and her birthday is coming up. I broke the puzzle, but can you break in to the recovered version? Those Dutch whispers are tricky beasts and you will need your wits about you.
The puzzle is unique and solvable without the white dot in box 2, which is there to smooth out a step that was more clunky than the rest. You are welcome to try ignoring that clue. In this version, pretty much all the difficulty is in the break-in, and it is hard to judge that. Happy to give hints - post a hidden comment.
Puzzle rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent numbers on an orange Dutch whisper line differ by at least 4.
On a pink Renban line the digits form a consecutive set with no repeats.
Numbers separated by a white dot are consecutive. Where two numbers are separated by a black dot, one is twice the other. (Partial kropki)

It appears from comments that people have been finding this very tough. It is much harder than the previous puzzle, partly because the Dutch whispers have more freedom, and the logic is less tight. Although almost all the logic has a family resemblance to that of the previous puzzle, it is also less familiar and requires thought. This puzzle is solvable with a partial break-in, but if you are still finding it very challenging there will be a consequence of the break-in interactions that you have not seen. My break-in notes in hidden comments have six - short - paragraphs of observations. There is nothing outrageous, but there is rather a lot of it. If you have the whole break-in the puzzle can solve almost as quickly as the previous one.

Very nice! I thought I found the break-in, but the puzzle remained so incredibly hard that I guess I only found parts of it. Perseverance got me to the finish line after a really long time. Thanks for the challenge.

Thanks for solving and for the comment. I will put a hidden comment with a sketch of the whole logic.
