Zodiac Project: Sagitta Speakeasy

Welcome to the Sagitta Speakeasy - yes, you read that right, not Sagittarius, Sagitta. We're a remote quiet constellation out here, not quite so well known as our other stellar cousins, but ideally, that means you'll have a chance to relax, pour yourself a glass of something green, and get refreshed for your next voyage. Cheers!
Much thanks to the illustrious ChinStrap for nominating me to create this 23rd puzzle in the Zodiac series! Rules and the puzzle are below, along with my nomination for next setter.

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- The 9 green squares form an extra region containing the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Modular lines - any set of three consecutive digits along a hollow teal modular line must contain a digit from each of the following sets - [1,4,7], [2,5,8] and [3,6,9].
- XV sums - digits separated by X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
- Kropki dots - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1, digits separated by a white Kropki dot are consecutive. No negative constraint.
