Here is my go at creating a puzzle with this new rule!

There are one or two steps in this puzzle which are trickier than the rest of the intended solution path. If you get stuck, try slowing down a bit and thinking things through a bit more carefully than may have been needed in other steps. If you're still stuck, feel free to ask for a hint in a hidden comment.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Equal split lines:
Circles split lines into segments. Each segment along the same line has the same sum. Digits do not repeat within a segment.
