The rules:

Normal sudoku rules DO NOT apply

Somedoku: Fill every cell with a digit from 1-9. Digits may (and indeed must) repeat in some rows/columns. In each row N (row 1 at the top to row 9 at the bottom), there are exactly N different digits. In each column N (column 1 on the left to column 9 on the right), there are exactly N different digits.

Dutch Flats: Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Dutch Whispers: On the orange budget line, adjacent digits have values that differ by at least 4.

Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio, meaning one is exactly double the other. Not all dots are necessarily given.

X-Sums: Non-circled clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits in the first X cells from the direction of the clue, where X is the first digit in that direction.

Sandwich Sums: Circled clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits that are placed between the highest and lowest digit in that row or column.
NOTE: If the highest or lowest digit appears more than once in the row/column, then our flatmates want the largest possible sandwich, please.

Unfortunately that budget line keeps trending downwards, and by column 9 all that's left to eat is a sandwich with no filling at all.
