This time gdc kindly asked for more chaos construction puzzles, hopefully on the approachable side.
- Divide the grid into seven orthogonally connected regions and place the digits 1 to 7 once each in every row, column and region.

Skyscraper Sweepers:
- Arrows have a value equal the number of cells seen in the direction of the clue from the grid edge until the first internal region border.
- Also, arrows are skyscraper clues: its value is equal to the number of seen digits in the direction of the clue, where digits block any lower digits from being seen.
- All possible arrows satisfying both are given.
- Arrows/cells marked with letters have the same value if and only if they have the same letter.

Great little CC puzzle with lots of fun interactions and mini-solutions to find throughout. Very rewarding!
