Rose Puzzle 17 Foggy Fun

This is the 17th puzzle designed by my 8yo daughter Rose. We hope you enjoy it. It is her first fog puzzle so I helped her a little bit with the logic. Kind words for a young setter are always appreciated.
Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 - 6 once in every row, column and box.
Custom Fog: Part of the grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear the fog somewhere in the grid.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10. Digits separated by a V sum to 5.
Thermometers: Digits on a thermometer must increase from the bulb.
Solve Online : Solution Check is enabled

Going super smooth, strait forward... and then got stuck. Finally caught the logic and was quite happy I figured it out.
