Rules:Normal sudoku rules apply.
ARROWS: digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
GOLDEN CELLS: a cell is golden if it is on an arrow. In this puzzle, no two orthogonally adjacent golden cells can contain consecutive digits.
WHITE DOTS: digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.

Not sure why the lower rating or the higher difficulty. Non consecutive just in gold cells allows some of the funky interactions with arrows to be showcased without the jank that comes from global non consecutive. No horrible chains were required to solve this. I enjoyed.

Don't forget: no two adjacent golden cells are consecutive. It doesn't matter whether they are on the same arrow or not.
