Rules:Fill the grid with the digits 0-8 such that every row, column, and 3x3 box contains each digit exactly once.
ARROWS: digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits on an arrow may repeat.
BLACK DOTS: digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

Nice puzzle. The tricks of 0~8 arrow gradually unfolds as I solve this puzzle. 2* for me.
