ENTROPIC ARROWS - A digit on an arrow counts how many cells in the indicated direction are in the same entropic group (123, 456, 789) as itself, including itself.

woop woop first! And what a beauty it is! Somehow my mind really jibed with this one, I solved it in 18 minutes (with distractions! :) ). The logic is gorgeous.
