RAT RUN 40: The Big One

AIM OF EXPERIMENT: Finkz must reach the cupcake by finding a path through the maze. The path must not visit any cell more than once, cross itself, or pass through any thick maze walls. As well as moving orthogonally, Finkz may move diagonally if there's a 2x2 space in which to do so, but may never pass diagonally through a round wall-spot on the corner of a cell.
PENTOMINOUS:
- Fill the grid with the digits 0-9.
- Divide the maze floor into pentomino shaped regions (groups of five orthogonally connected cells.) Every cell belongs to exactly one pentomino region.
- Every thick maze wall sits between two separate regions.
- All five cells of a region must be filled with the same digit.
- Regions that touch along an edge (even through a wall) may not contain the same digit, and must not be the same shaped pentomino (rotations and reflections count as the same shape.)
FOG: Most of the maze is obscured with fog. Correctly filling a pentomino will clear some fog somewhere. No guessing is necessary.
PURPLE PROBES: A purple probe is a diamond shaped device built into a wall between two neighbouring pentomino regions. The digit on the attached circle indicates the total number of cells visited within those two neighbouring regions.
BLACKCURRANTS: If a blackcurrant sits between two digits, one is double the other.
REDCURRANTS: If a redcurrant sits between two digits, one is odd and the other is even.
GRAPES: If a grape sits between two digits, they have a difference of at least 5.
GOLDENBERRIES: If a goldenberry sits between two digits, they are not consecutive (or the same.)
ONE-WAY DOORS: A purple arrow sits between two different digits and points towards the smaller digit. Finkz may only pass through a purple arrow in the direction it's pointing.
ILLUMINATED PANELS: If a floor panel is illuminated with a blue square, it lies on Finkz' path and indicates that a spike in brain activity was detected in response to that digit.
TEST CONSTRAINT: Two cells visited adjacently along the path may never sum to a prime number. (Note: 0 and 1 are not prime.)

Thoughts before I start solving:
- The maze is beautiful, even just seeing some of it
- Test constraint is almost opposite of that of the first maze "primer" - such style!
- Feeling rather emotional right now, excited for the puzzle, sad that it is almost over, but also quite content that there is going to be a grand finale
- I think you are right Marty in that the story needs a proper ending. It would probably be less satisfying if it went on indefinitely just to fizzle out one day. Endings are bitter, but maybe also sweet? We shall see.
I'll try to take my time with this one, savouring it. I won't have time to watch Simon's solve today anyway, so no pressure to finish in time for that.

I hope that you feel the collective appreciation that we all have for the work you have put into this series over the last two years.
This was truly the perfect way to wrap it up. Not only is the puzzle perfectly challenging and delightfully clever but you also managed to wrap up the story beautifully. You have an uncanny ability to imbue these puzzles with your sense of humor.
What you have done here with this series is without parallel, you have single handedly changed the game. I, for one, am grateful to have been here to see it firsthand. Thanks for everything!
