This ruleset turned out to allow some quite interesting deductions. It might be a bit on the trickier side, but still approachable. Have fun!
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Parity arrows: Digits along an arrow that share the same parity (odd or even) as the bulb must sum to the value of the bulb.
