Blue lines are split into segments by box borders, and each segment of the same line must have the same sum.
A white dot separates two digits that are consecutive.
Digits cannot repeat within a cage, and the digits within a cage must add up to the total given in that cage’s upper-left corner.
A V separates two digits that add to 5.

I agree with 1*, the cages gave many free digits early on, with some pencil marking you don't need to use p-ring.
That doesn't make the puzzle any less fun to solve so thank you for setting and sharing! c:

it's easy if you remember to work the basic SUDOKU. (which can sometimes be hard to remember).

lol I must be the worst solver alive if this is 1 star difficulty. Nice puzzle though. Also, the previous puzzles had a very obvious p-ring, but I saw no obvious way to make use of it this puzzle. Maybe I missed something obvious.
