Along SLOW thermometers, digits stay the same or increase as they move away from the bulb.
Digits in cages do not repeat, and sum to the given total.
Black dots separate two digits where one is double the other.

Nice approachable puzzle, but I can’t work out what the cage totals refer to? Only that today is 18th but no idea about 8 and 25. Happy birthday.
