Triumvirate

(Published yesterday, 15:44 by SamuPiano)

For Scojo's second annual impostor prompt, I had the great privilege of attempting to imitate Oddlyeven. This is what I came up with, and I hope you enjoy it!

I took inspiration from the amazing puzzles Befuddlement, Triptych, and Cogito Ergo... Sum?, as well as styling some deductions off of Pea Soup and Manifold.

Oddlyeven came up with the beautiful puzzle Kelowna. Despite his fantastic entry, I won this matchup, and I took Oddlyeven's identity. Very well played to Oddlyeven and it was an honor to impersonate such a precocious setter!

Without further ado, here are the rules:

RULES:

Normal sudoku rules do not apply! Put the digits 0 through 8 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Dynamic Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may clear some or no fog. Revealed cells can appear anywhere in the grid. No guessing is required.
Triplers: One cell in each row, column and box is a tripler cell. Tripler cells have a value equal to three times their digit. Each digit from 0 to 8 appears once in the set of tripler cells.
Uniqueness: On each of the constraints below, values do not repeat anywhere in the puzzle. For example, if there is a 3 on a thermometer, 3 or triple 1 can't appear anywhere else on a thermometer, but triple 3 could because it has a value of 9.
Thermometers: Values along a thick gray thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end.
Arrows: Values along a thin gray line sum to the value in the bulb.
Renban: Values on a thick purple line form a set of consecutive numbers with no repeats.
Whispers: Adjacent values on a thin green line differ by at least 5.
High: A value on an orange circle must be greater than 4.
Low: A value on a blue square must be less than 4.

A bit of a mistake to not have the solution code as "digits in triplers, from top to bottom"
