This puzzle was made as part of Scojo's annual impostor event. My goal was to create a puzzle that could fool a solver into thinking it had been set by SamuPiano, and his goal was to set a puzzle that could only have been set by him. His puzzle, which he named Foggy Archipealago, went head to head against this and... I was soundly defeated. He remains the master of Split Peas, but if you try both puzzles (and I hope you will, his is incredible), I hope you will agree I was able to capture a fragment of his spirit.
Ok, preamble aside, on to the rules:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear fog from surrounding cells.
Nurikabe: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells form a single orthogonally connected region called the ocean, and all unshaded cells form islands. Digits may not repeat on an island, and no 2x2 region may consist entirely of ocean cells.
If a circle is on an island cell, it gives the number of cells in that island. If a circle is in an ocean cell, it gives total number of ocean cells which can be seen in all four directions from the circled cell, including the cell itself. Island cells block vision.
Line Count: Some circled cells are endpoints of lines in the grid. All lines move orthogonally. Lines do not cross or branch, except at circled cells, and every line has a circle at each of its ends. The digit in a circle gives the total number of cells along each line attached to the circle of the same shading as the circled cell, including the attached circles.
Split Peas: Digits along a line strictly between two circles must sum to a two-digit number, where the tens digit is in one circle and the ones digit is in the other.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10. Digits separated by a V sum to 5. Not all X or V are given.

An absolutely delightful puzzle! This was truly some brilliant impostor work. Imagine my surprise when my impostor made a puzzle with the same title and nearly the same ruleset as I did! And the puzzle had so many moments which reminded me of my puzzles. Hat's off!
