Fill the middle 6x6 area of the grid so that the digits 1 - 6 are placed once in every row, column and bold outlined region.
A digit on a square must be larger than all surrounding digits (up to 8 digits including diagonals). All possible squares are given.
No digit may be smaller than all surrounding digits (up to 8 digits including diagonals)
X-Sum clues outside the grid are hidden by fog. The fog will clear when 10 digits are correctly placed. No guessing is required.
An arrow outside the grid shows the sum of the first X digits in that row/column, where X is the first digit seen. Arrows indicates even X-Sum totals. All possible arrows are given.Solve Online : Solution Check is enabled

Liked it, but it took me a while to start as I wasn't sure if the 'outside of the grid' cells matters for min/max constraints (they don't).
RailMan: Thanks for the feedback. I read the rules again and I see what you mean. I will make them clearer next time.

Huh, pretty tricky. Building around negative constraints makes for some interesting puzzles.
RailMan: Thanks!
