Newton Feels Good (Gravity)

This puzzle is greatly inspired by Gravity (created by mnasti2) which is strongly recommended to check out.
Rules
- Normal Sudoku Rules: place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Gravity: all of the clues of a normal 9x9 sudoku have fallen straight down (vertically) out of the bottom of the grid, without changing orientation or passing through any other clue. No two clues ever overlapped.
- Killer cages: digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
- Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
