Officer, welcome to the detective academy. In this course, you'll be taught how to investigate a case correctly. Your first lecture will be about identifying candidate suspects.
This is the first puzzle of a series called "Lost and Found" in which modifications to the killer variant will be explored in the context of a detective training lore. You can find links for the rest of series below;

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box once each.
Suspect Cages: In cages, digits do not repeat and sum to a value one away from the number given in the top-left. (Note: colors of the cages are purely cosmetic)
Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
