[Fog of War Series] 3-2: Sequel to Portals

This puzzle is a sequel to the former Portal puzzle,3.Jumpgate Portals.
- 1.Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
- 2.Digits within a cage must not repeat and must sum to the total given at the topmost cell of the leftmost column of the cage.
- 3.Bulbs outside shot light beams in the direction as denoted by Ins.Digits along a light beam cannot repeat. Light beams exit the board at the Out signs.
- 4.There are four pairs of Portals hidden under the fog.(If a revealed cell doesn`t contain a portal, then there`s not a portal) Portals of the same color have the same digit and Portals of different colors have different digits. Every box contains at most one Portal. Whenever light beam enters a Portal, it continues from the other Portal of the same color in its original direction.

I think the instructions aren't quite right - the cage sums are in the leftmost cell of the topmost row, not the topmost cell of the leftmost column
