This is the fourth puzzle in a series exploring lines that act as both Dutch Whispers and region sum lines. Difficulty is likely somewhere between two and three stars, though I had more people give it two stars in the CTC Discord, so that's what I'm listing it as to start with. Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

All lines act as both Dutch Whispers lines and region sum lines.

Consecutive digits along Dutch Whispers lines must differ by at least 4.

Digits along a region sum line must add to the same total in each region the line enters. If a line enters a region multiple times, each instance is calculated separately.
