This is the first puzzle in a series exploring lines that act as both Dutch Whispers and region sum lines, and is meant to serve as a relatively simple introduction to this constraint combination.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

All lines act as both Dutch Whispers lines and region sum lines.

Consecutive digits along Dutch Whispers lines must differ by at least 4.

Digits along a region sum line must add to the same total in each region the line enters.
