Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Lockout Lines: Digits on a line must fall 'outside' the range of their diamond shaped endpoint (eg. endpoints 1 and 8 only allow 9 on the line connecting them). Each endpoint value must differ by at least 4 from other directly connected endpoints. Digits on a line may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Well that was just absurdly gorgeous. Really enjoyed this all the way through - the logic was complicated without being unreasonable, and resolving everything at the end was well worth the wait. Great work!

In any case, Lockout lines can be used as a variant label first, and this rule set will soon be known to more people.

By far the hardest puzzle and also most beautiful one with lockout constraint that I've solved, this is just ridiculous.
I sweated so much because I thought the puzzle was broken until I realized the given 8, took me 90 mins but the whole path was really worth my time. Well done! :)

This rule set is a hybrid Between and German Whisper(Anti-German Whisper+Anti-Between). I have completed all the puzzles of this rule set on the portal. It is very integrated. I believe that it is compatible with the killer (small killer), sandwiches, skyscrapers, arrows, and thermo can all be well integrated. Thank you for this lovely rule set. It deserves more active attention from setters. I think it will soon appear on the stage of GP, LMI and other competitions.
