This is an introduction to the Chaos Reconstruction ruleset. It combines chaos construction with jigsaw.
If you enjoy it and would like a bigger challenge, you can try my original 9×9 Chaos Reconstruction. Happy solving!

Chaos Deconstruction:
Complete the left-hand grid and divide it into six pieces, each consisting of six orthogonally connected cells. Each piece must contain 1–6 exactly once.
Digits may repeat in rows and columns of the left-hand grid.

Chaos Reconstruction:
Put all six pieces together in the right-hand grid, with no gaps or overlaps. Each piece must retain its shape and the positions of its digits within it. Pieces may only be translated, not rotated or reflected.
Every row and column of the right-hand grid must contain 1–6 exactly once.

Region Sum Lines:
Piece boundaries divide each blue line into at least two segments with equal sums. Separate segments within the same piece are summed separately. Different lines may have different sums.

The example below illustrates chaos deconstruction and reconstruction.
From left to right: the starting grid, its division into six pieces, and the final arrangement.

Solution code: Row 5 of the left grid, followed by row 5 of the right grid, both read from left to right. (12 digits)
