Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle was inspired by a cosmic class masterpiece called Transmission, published about 2 years ago by Qodec.

My minimal changes to Qodec's construction have been designed to produce radical effects on the logic required to solve it, making it defintely harder, from start to end.

Rules:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Parity Counters: The digit on one end of a line indicates the total number of even digits on the line. The digit on the other end indicates the total number of odd digits on the line. These totals include the digits on the endpoints.
• White Dots: Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
