Transmission (Parity Counter sudoku)

- Sudoku: Each row, column, and region indicated by thick borders in the grid must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Parity counter lines: The digit on one endpoint of a blue line indicates the number of even digits on the line while the digit on the other end indicates the number of odd digits on the line. This includes digits on the endpoints.
- Consecutive pairs:A white dot between two cells means that the values of those cells must be consecutive. Not all possible dots are necessarily given.

It was designed to reveal some fascinating meta-logic that was already embedded in your construction, but not required to solve, due to early disambiguation provided by the white dot in box 1.
