ThePedallingPianist kindly asked for puzzles using the most recent development in line clues: Juzter Lines. For this clues "adjacent digits along the line aren't restricted in any way. Furthermore, there is not any rule with repeats on lines, the sum of digits on the line, or anything else really!".
In the context of this puzzle these lines may not satisfy any constraint that other lines follow, i.e. a negative constraint.

Fun and interesting puzzle, but I misinterpreted the rules and had to unwind a ways near the end.
I kept reading the juzter constraint in the context of not acting as a valid german whisper line to mean "no two adjacent digits may differ by five or more", when actually the constraint is much less strict.
This may be ameliorated by rewording the whisper constraint like "Each pair of adjacent cells along a green line..." or something similar. Maybe it's a me problem.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the solve. Thanks for sharing, aqjhs!
