Parity Fun 37

(Published yesterday, 10:00 by galium_odoratum)

This time more parity heavy again. Some classic rulesets with a parity twist. Overall this should be quite approachable (2.5*). Have fun!

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Global Non-consecutive Parity: Orthogonally adjacent digits must not differ by exactly 2.

Renban: Digits on a pink line must form a set of consecutive digits in any order.

Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.

fyi: the "Global Non-consecutive Parity" rule is extremely weak, and furthermore, there is no existing notation that can reasonably handle such a rule.
therefore, it is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY that this puzzle will come in at level 2.
furthermore, a bunch of short renbans and a handful of black kropki dots is all you get, and that is very little.
and in the event, there is nothing here to "bite on"
--> definitely not level 2
