This time less parity heavy, since I wanted to test the difference thermo rule (maybe a rule with more potential). Overall this should be quite approachable. Have fun!

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Slow Difference Thermometers: Digits along a grey thermometer must stay the same or increase from the bulb to the tip. Additionally, the differences between adjacent digits along the thermometer must be strictly increasing as you move from the bulb toward the tip.

Global Entropy: Each 2x2 region must contain at least one low (1,2,3), middle (4,5,6) and high (7,8,9) digit.

Grey Square: A cell marked with a grey square must contain an even digit.

any global entropy puzzle is going to be level 2 AT LEAST, unless you give a lot of extra clues. these UNIQUE thermometers will likely make the puzzle HARDER, as no standard procedures exist.
therefore, on the face of it, this puzzle is likely to be level 3.
anyone unfamiliar with global entropy will find it very hard.

in the event, no, this is NOT "approachable"

I loved this puzzle. Definitely had to work for it, and without solution checking I would have probably had to start over once or twice because the math took me a while to sort out and I could easily have ended up with a broken puzzle near the end.
