Rose Puzzle 15 Irregular Maximums and Minimums

This is the 15th puzzle designed by my 8yo daughter Rose. We hope you enjoy it. It is also one year since she published her first puzzle on this site. She has come a long way over that time and I look forward to what she will create over the next year.

Irregular 6x6 sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 - 6 once in every row, column and bold outlined region.
Quads: Digits in a circle must appear in a cell touching the circle.
Maximums: Numbers in green cells with arrows pointing outwards are greater than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
Minimum: Numbers in grey cells with arrows pointing inwards are smaller than all orthogonally adjacent cells.

quite simple but very, very elegant. i would be more than pleased to have come up with this, so so excited for future rose puzzles!

That flowed incredibly smoothly. The max/min cells were perfectly placed, and I really appreciated the added colors. Much easier than interpreting the small arrows.
