Sudoku Variants Series (467) - Second start skyscrapers

(Published on 15. May 2026, 06:00 by Richard)

For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a unique Sudoku variant every week.
I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Second start skyscrapers
Apply classic sudoku rules.
Each digit in the grid represents a skyscraper of that height.
Clues outside the grid indicate the number of visible buildings from that direction, starting from the second cell. Higher buildings block the view of lower buildings.

Inspiration for this type comes from bigger.

Made a mistake had to restart because I struggle to find my mistakes on my own. I know you have asked Sudokupad to make a answer check version in the past so I assume you have deliberately stopped entering the answer. I would have given up sad if I hadn't solved it on the second try.

Thank you very much for creating and sharing another lovely SVS-puzzle. This special rules are quite confusing (easy to make mistakes) but I think that was the intention?
