Really enjoyed this one. The arrows bent my mind into interesting new shapes. Keep them coming! Maybe index arrows? Nah, that'd just be the same as a straight line coming from the arrows point.

Had to restart twice, as I kept messing up the ternary condition of what the arrows are (not) counting, Nice interactions, though. Thanks for sharing.

This puzzle reminded me of that meme of the missile that knows where it is by knowing where it is not. I constantly had to subtract what i did know from what i did not know and arriving at a point that i did not know but now knew.

And suddenly the puzzle was solved.
