Parity Fun 38

(Published on 18. July 2026, 10:00 by galium_odoratum)

It only took 38 more or less parity related puzzles until I finally decided to use the parity lines. This is intended to be a quite approachable construction-oriented Sudoku. Have fun!

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Connected cages by Parity lines:
Each cage containing a number in its top-left corner is connected to exactly one cage without a number by a straight line. The solver must draw this line so that it starts and ends at the centers of the two cages’ cells.

The digits in the two connected cages must sum to the number shown in the numbered cage.

Additionally, each connecting line functions as a parity line: digits along the line must strictly alternate between odd and even.

Connecting lines may not cross each other.

@VitP You did enable the pen tool, yes?

It's the first setting in Settings ( gear icon ).

this could never be a level 2, if only for the technical reason that the software does not provide full line drawing tools.
