Smooth Operator

Based on bellal's Pointy Arithmetic ruleset. Styling taken from aqjhs' version. Thanks to all that tested! I hope you enjoy!
- 0-8 Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 0-8 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Arithmetic Symbols:
- The digit in a cell containing a symbol is the result of performing that operation on all of the adjacent squares pointed to by the symbol.
- Specifically the digit in a cell with a:
- + (in blue) is the sum of all (up to 4) orthogonally adjacent cells
- - (in yellow) is the difference of the adjacent cells to the E and W in some order
- × (in green) is the product of all (up to 4) diagonally adjacent cells
- / (in red) is the quotient of the adjacent cells to the NE and SW in some order

Fantastic break-in. I spent several minutes feeling lost and thinking every operator had way too many options. Then suddenly it clicked!

Damn!!! One of the best puzzles I have seen. Also my first 0-8 Sudoku, so was a bit hard for me like 3.5* - 4*. But had fun solving it. Great work @ChinStrap

Normally I only attempt 2* puzzles but this one looked fun and I was actually able to solve it! Really liked the logic on this one

Fun puzzle. Took me a bit get understand the interaction of zero with some of the clues, but solvers very smoothly once you're zeroed in.
