I borrowed bellal's Arithmetic Symbols ruleset for this puzzle.

Arithmetic symbols: The digit in a cell containing a symbol is the result of performing that operation on all of the adjacent squares pointed to by the symbol.
Specifically the digit in a cell with a:
- + (in blue) is the sum of up to 4 orthogonally adjacent cells,
- - (in yellow) is the difference of the adjacent cells to the E and W in some order,
- × (in green) is the product of up to 4 diagonally adjacent cells,
- / (in red) is the quotient of the adjacent cells to the NE and SW in some order.

Tricky to solve, even knowing where to look! but satisfying. Like the aesthetic tweak too.
