Another new parity ruleset using arrows. This might be at first a bit on the tricker side, but once you get certain things it should be fairly approachable. Have fun!
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Parity Counting Arrows: The digit in an arrow’s bulb gives the number of digits on that arrow that share its parity (odd or even). The bulb digit itself cannot appear on the arrow. If a bulb has multiple arrows, each arrow is counted independently (e.g., a bulb with 2 and two arrows requires two even digits on each arrow).
White Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
