Rules
Standard Sudoku rules apply.
Renban: Pink lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
Pentomic Renban: The grid is populated with a number of "Exploding Pentominoes." These each represent a non-repeating set of five consecutive digits in any order, one per box in the cells corresponding to the shape and orientation of the pentomino, and its position within a cell, without any rotation or reflection.
Play Online
This puzzle employs dynamic fog. Entering a correct digit will clear at least the cell it occupies, and sometimes other cells as well.

I understand the rules now and can confirm that the new version is unique. You might want to clarify the rules to show that every pentomino can't be shifted, but I'm not sure what the best way to write it. Maybe you can give the illustration to show valid pentomino and not valid pentomino.

Really enjoyed this, playing hunt the renban in the fog and the deductions it forced was a fun challenge!

Well, I'm impressed. At first I had no idea where you wanted us to look for, but I'm glad I insisted, it was a very unique puzzle (for what I experienced at least) so thank you so much for submitting this!
