Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Even islands and counting digits: Orthogonally connected cells containing even digits form distinct islands. Even digits without grey squares can be designated as counting digits which indicate the size of their island. An island can contain none, one or multiple counting digits. There is exactly one counting digit in every row, column and box.
Grey squares: Grey squares contain even digits and are not part of an island with a counting digit.
Indicator cells: Indicator cells contain odd digits and count the number of orthogonally visible odd digit cells including the indicator cell itself, whereas even digit cells block vision. Each box has at least one indicator cell.
Dynamic fog: Some cells are initially covered by fog and will be revealed when needed.
