-
Normal sudoku rules apply.
-
2 in 1: Choose only one of the following global constraints to use for the entire solve. Each option has a unique solution.
- Global Modulo 3: Every 2x2 region must have digits of all three residue classes modulo 3, i.e. one of each of the sets 147, 258, 369.
- Globally English Literal: Every 2x2 area of the grid must have at least three digits with different number of letters in their english name, i.e. at least one digit from each of the sets 126, 378 and 459.
-
Cells marked with stars have the same digits for both solutions. Not all possible stars are given.
-
Digits strictly increase along a thermometer line starting at its bulb end.

That was really fun. I had to muscle through one part. I couldn’t find an easy way. I’m adding this to my short list of favorites.
