Digits strictly increase along a thermometer, starting from the bulb.
Digits cannot repeat within a cage, and the digits within a cage must add up to the total given in that cage’s upper-left corner.
A black dot separates two digits such that one is twice the other.
Digits appearing in large circles (on grid intersections) must appear in the surrounding four cells.
Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in that row or column. (The 1 and 9 are not included.)

To me it is 1.5*-2*. A beginner would probably struggle. Great puzzle anyway thx.

"easy for experts" does NOT mean the same thing as "easy".
with >3 variants in play, and a fairly good understanding of phistomefel REQUIRED, this puzzle must be level 2 AT LEAST (and, in the event, not higher than 2)

The red star is what solvers vote for difficulty. Apparently, for this audience it is a 1 star puzzle. My initial estimate(blue star-which was 1 star too) gets overwritten after enough votes.
