Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits appearing in large circles (on grid intersections) must appear in the surrounding four cells.
Digits cannot repeat within a cage, and the digits within a cage must add up to the total given in that cage’s upper-left corner.
An X separates two digits that add to 10.
A V separates two digits that add to 5.
Along a green line, two adjacent digits must have a difference of at least 5.

Should we interpret the kropki rule as a negative constraint?
I don't think it is deterministic as it's written, but seeing there are no black dots in the puzzle it makes me think this is the case.
