Knotted Regional Constraints

Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer: Digits do not repeat in cages, and sum to the small clue in the top left corner if given.
Renban: Purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line have a difference of at least 5.
Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits along an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Thermometer: Digits along a thermometer increase from bulb to tip.
Constraint Regions: Each constraint type may contain no repeated digits anywhere in the puzzle. E.g. If one Thermo contains a 5, then no other Thermo may contain a 5 etc.

I love your constraint regions puzzles, I've done some of them in past few days and I agree, I had way more trouble with this one than the other 2*, so 3* seems more appropriate!
